No shipping or handling fees required for return to any Sephora location or by mail in case you used prepaid shipping label, Original Shipping charges can’t be refunded when applicable unless the return was Sephora’s fault It will take around two weeks to process the return if sent by email.

The items you purchased must reach to Sephora.com back within 60 days of purchase and the refund will be provided to you on the basis of the payment method you have chosen while making payment.

You will get the full refund as an online store credit for the item that may be redeemed at Sephora.com. The item must reach back to Sephora within 61-90 days of purchase.

For the products that are returned in the store instead of mail, you must return the item within 60 days of purchase. The items that you purchased from Sephora.com will not be refunded after 90 days of purchase date. The exchanges are not provided by mail.

Gift Returns

If you are returning Sephora gift that you received by email and want the refund to you and not the purchaser, then before mailing the return please call 78 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) to create the gift return under your account.

On the return form, check “I am returning a gift” box which is present at the back of your return form, give the reason as 5 Gift and fill all the required details in the form.
